Vasti is a Workforce Development Consultant and Business Strategist helping women/minority-owned businesses and laborers with career advancement and business growth. She launched her transportation consulting business in 2014 and expanded to workforce development in 2020.
Her 30-year career spans across the U.S. from Hillsborough Area Regional Transit in Tampa, Dallas Area Regional Transit, Phoenix Transit, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, South Florida Regional Transit Authority/TriRail, Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC), Miami Airport, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, Pittsburgh Regional Transit, Transdev, First Group and Keolis. Her expertise played a significant role with successful projects such as Hurricane Irma Evacuation in Tampa, merging private companies in Dallas, modernizing a legacy transit system in Pittsburgh and the Merger and Acquisition of privately held French firm Keolis, which resulted in their entrance to the U.S. market.
She studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of the WTS Leadership program at Rutgers University, Transit General Managers Leadership program at the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida and Turner Construction Project Management. She has served on many association and non-profit boards such as: Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), Women in Transportation (WTS), Phoenix Sister Cities, Women of Color Golf (WOCG), Ladies Professional Golf Association Amateurs (LPGAA), Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay and Palm Beach County Transportation Local Coordinating Board. She’s volunteered for Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, House of Hope, Feeding Tampa Bay and Girls on the Green Tee.

Missions Coordinator
Cristiane Moura, from Fortaleza, Brazil, is the University Ambassador. This dedicated and purpose-driven professional has spent the last 16 years as a physical therapist working specifically in surgical rehabilitation. Cristiane lived as an international student for 3 years in Tampa, Florida.
Bilingual in English and Portuguese, Cristiane has developed a passionate and cross-cultural engagement with the American community during the last 12 years. Known for strong communication and organizational skills, Cristiane has an innate ability to guide teams, as evident from her many years as a small group leader and teacher at her church in Fortaleza.
In her role as The GLU ambassador, Cristiane is the bridge between the USA and Brazil, as she recruits students in her city and state, providing coordination for English classes and missionary ventures. Cristiane as a Spirit-filled believer in Jesus Christ, is excited to reach others for God’s Kingdom through The Greater Learning University.

Ms. Lopez, born and raised in Puerto Rico (“La Isla del Encanto”), holds the title of Lead Counselor at The Greater Learning University. Milaida has over 20 years of experience in customer service, office administration, and counseling, with most of those years working directly as an advisor for international students in a higher education setting. Milaida’s greatest strengths are her affability and generosity in helping others adapt to challenging situations and new settings. Bilingual in English/Spanish, Milaida specializes in creating meaningful and comprehensive support in multicultural environments.
Milaida’s approach blends organization, empathy, and efficiency to ensure that every student feels supported from their first interaction to the completion of their goals at The Greater Learning University. Her commitment as Lead Counselor is to deliver reliable, clear, and personalized service while fostering student success and empathetic communication with students, families, and the academic teams.
In Milaida Lopez, TGLU students have a trusted person fully committed to guiding them towards a transformative experience, one that creates lasting memories and marks a true Before and After in their journey.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Oliveira brings extensive experience in technology leadership, data governance, and digital transformation, currently acting at GLU through a technology services engagement provided by vBold .
His professional philosophy is grounded in the belief that innovation must be aligned with strategy, governance, and measurable business outcomes. He focuses on building scalable architectures, fostering high-performance teams, and implementing technology solutions that drive sustainable organizational growth.
Prior to joining GLU in this capacity , Mr. Oliveira held leadership roles across technology, data, and governance initiatives, contributing to research projects, industry publications, and the development of professional communities in the field. His work has included leading cross-functional teams, designing enterprise technology strategies, and supporting organizations in navigating complex digital ecosystems.
In his free time, Mr. Oliveira enjoys continuous learning, mentoring professionals, and exploring emerging technologies that shape the future of business and society.

Dr. Celeste Chiles was born in Rochester, New York, to parents who were sold out for Jesus. She started singing at a very early age in tent meetings and by the time she was a teenager, she was preaching. Although Dr. Chiles was practically born on the church pew, it was not until the age of 19 that she totally committed her life to Jesus Christ.
With The Greater Learning University, Dr. Chiles acts as an assistant to the visionary and to the faculty and staff, primarily by helping the personnel to stay aligned with the university’s vision. One main task is also to make sure that the vision is managed, and this is accomplished through counsel and professional training. Celeste also performs administrative duties as the need arises. Whether it’s through her teaching, singing, or training, Dr. Celeste Chiles’ words are impactful and transformative, and the students and staff are very honored and blessed to have her at our university.
In addition to her duties with TGLU, Dr. Chiles operates as the senior facilitator of AHW the Elect Training Center, as a pastoral consultant, as a psalmist, and she also serves on the executive boards of Better Life Crusades Intl. the Next Generation, According to His Word Worship Center, Angels on Assignment Worldwide Inc., and Hidden Treasures Ministries. Dr. Chiles currently resides in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

Family and Community Resource Specialist
Patrick Jackson-Williams serves as a Family and Community Resource Specialist at Greater Learning University, specializing in family engagement, community partnerships, and student support. He is the founder of Angels on Assignment Worldwide Inc., a published author, and a ministry leader with a focus on mentorship and personal development.
As a Life Speaker, Patrick is committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and creating pathways for long-term success. Patrick serves as one of the first contacts that students will make when they enroll at TGLU. This relationship will grow and deepen, as Patrick will impart God-given wisdom and relevant life lessons to each student during their tenure at TGLU.

Biblical Studies Department Head

Chatequa Pinkston faced physical challenges immediately from the time of her birth, as she was born with cerebral palsy. Despite her early hardships and pessimistic diagnosis, Chatequa, with the strength of God, overcame many academic limitations to eventually earn a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Chatequa’s heart to encourage individuals to overcome challenges through her life experiences is what makes her such a beautiful woman and extraordinary faculty member of TGLU.
As the Biblical Studies Department Head at The Greater Learning University, Chatequa develops materials and curriculum for Bible classes. She also provides support and materials to Bible teachers so that each student can increase their knowledge of God and His Word. Chatequa also is a FL-SAND Fellow, an entrepreneur, an ordained minister, an author of several self-published Biblically based books, and a public speaker. Previously, she has taught several sessions at Destiny School of Ministry in Tennessee and has ministered the Word of God at churches and revivals. She also serves on several other boards. These experiences have equipped her to effectively perform her job at TGLU.
Chatequa is the founder of Hidden Treasures Ministries which works to empower people with disabilities through outreaches, conferences, and Bible Studies. Chatequa believes that everyone has gifts and talents to share despite whatever limitations that they may face. A native of Florida, Chatequa currently resides in the Tampa Bay area.
